You may be here because…

Maybe you’ve been carrying something for a long time—anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, or the effects of difficult relationships.

Maybe you’re navigating recovery, a major life transition, questions of identity or meaning, or a relationship that keeps falling into the same patterns.

Or maybe you understand yourself pretty well. You can see the pattern. You know where it came from. And somehow, you still find yourself living it.

Insight is important. But insight alone doesn’t always create change.

Therapy that works beneath the surface.

I don’t believe lasting change comes from any single theory or technique. Therapy should meet you where you are—and draw from what is most useful for understanding what is happening, working with it, and moving forward.

My approach is integrative. We may work with patterns from your past, the different parts of yourself that carry conflicting needs, practical skills for navigating difficult emotions and relationships, questions of meaning and identity, or the deeper stories shaping the way you live.

The goal isn’t simply to feel better. It’s to develop a different relationship with yourself—and greater freedom in how you choose to live.

Understand the pattern.
Work with what keeps it in place.
Create another way forward.

The work is about more than understanding why.

01 — Understand what shaped you.

We look at experiences, relationships, patterns, and ways of coping that helped shape who you are—and how they may still be influencing your life today.

02 — Work with what is happening now.

We pay attention to the emotions, conflicts, habits, and relationship patterns showing up in your life now—and develop practical ways of responding differently.

03 — Create a different way forward.

Understanding creates possibilities. We work toward new ways of relating to yourself, responding to others, making choices, and living with greater freedom and intention.

Ways we might work together.

There are different ways to do the work. We’ll find the one that fits what brings you here.

Therapy here draws from evidence-based practice, depth psychology, and attention to the patterns that shape how you live.

The goal is not simply to feel better, but to understand yourself more deeply and live with greater freedom, choice, and intention.

You don't have to have it figured all out.

Let’s talk about what brings you here.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need. Tell me a little about what’s going on, and we can start there.
